To take CareHome.co.uk to a national audience of direct customers and their families, with the brand’s first TV ad, showcasing the product and driving traffic to their website.

Insight

The brand needed to carefully demonstrate empathy with these dual audiences, as the decision to enter a care home is a huge change in how you live your life, as well as a change of location.

Creative Strategy

The creative played strongly on the empathy messaging and the ease at which you could begin to learn more about the homes available.

Our aim was to make it easier to initiate and have those difficult conversations and to make the first step less daunting.

Results

The campaign saw an uplift of 58% increase in brand search terms and a 27% increase in site visits (organic/direct and PPC) over the campaign period.
