To help Anana communicate the benefits of their Anana Accelerate system in a fun, engaging, and memorable way while highlighting the stark contrast between modern and outdated call centre environments. The film needed to condense complex product benefits into a short, entertaining format that captured attention and stood out in a competitive industry setting.
Anana Accelerate empowers contact centres to deliver exceptional customer engagement and efficiency. However, explaining its advantages could easily become overly technical. To resonate with the target audience, we needed to inject creativity, humour, and accessibility into the storytelling.
Bring the story to life using miniature models and toy characters, building on the success of Anana’s previous award-winning video. Create a light-hearted, visually engaging film that contrasts two call centre environments—one thriving with Anana Accelerate, and the other struggling without it. Utilise humour and detailed craftsmanship to make the film a memorable talking point.
An engaging and whimsical corporate video that won the product demo competition at the Genesys international conference, marking the second consecutive win for Anana. The film’s humour and creativity captured audience attention, effectively conveying the product’s benefits. Anana’s CEO, Chris Woodward, praised the project, saying, “Our video is perfect and flexible. The attention to detail is great. I love the models, scenery, and sound effects. Top banana!” By using miniature set designs, bespoke character costumes, and clever production techniques, the video achieved a perfect balance of humour and technical clarity. It elevated Anana’s brand presence and solidified their reputation as innovators in contact centre solutions.
Our Role
We were on a tight deadline and upon engaging Happy Hour they made recommendations in order to save us time and money. We were in constant communication and they really took ownership of our project and genuinely wanted it to be a success as much as we did. The final product is absolutely perfect!
