Brief: To create a video promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. To avoid ‘talking heads’ format used in previous Diversity videos for Nationwide. To prompt people to think about the feelings of colleagues and how issues may effect them.

Client: Nationwide Building Society

A day of interviews with staff willing to discuss their particular issues. This covered issues ranging from disabilities, sexuality, sexism, age discrimination and racial awareness.

From there, we modelled and developed characters to suit each person, whilst editing and trimming the dialogue to create our story.

With several weeks of intense animation following that, we found ourselves with a true gem of a production.
